Today, on the morning Think and Grow Rich Mindset call, we were reminded of the importance of harmony. Napoleon Hill also pointed out lack of harmony and its relation to failure.
I must be living right (she says, rather facetiously) because the timeliness would be eerie were I not seeking these kinds of things on my path. I’ve been enjoying a lot of peace and happiness in my life recently and yesterday began quite ostentatiously, if I do say so, and yet my day dissolved into more lack of harmony than I’ve experienced for months.
Every human being possesses at least two distinct mind powers or personalities, and as many as six distinct personalities have been discovered in one person. One of man’s most delicate tasks is that of harmonizing these mind forces so that they may be organized and directed toward the orderly attainment of a given objective. Without this element of harmony no individual can become an accurate thinker. repeat of Napoleon Hill’s words in picture above Law of Success page 92.
Personally, I found the above paragraph very apt, having experienced happiness and peace for a rather lengthy (for me) period of time only to be followed by an unexpected day of inner turmoil. I know I expected to be able to dispatch such unwelcome feelings, attitudes, judgments, imbalance much more easily than I seemed able, for I feel I’ve been learning and growing a lot.
I would be curious to know if any of you relate. Would you be kind enough to share your comments?
